Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide an exceptional first impression
- Answer phones with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Update patient information and medical histories
- Assist with patient paperwork, consent forms, and documentation
- Help ensure patient records are accurate and complete
- Support the clinical team by preparing necessary information before appointments
- Follow daily systems and checklists to keep the office running smoothly
- Assist with insurance and administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
- Dental experience is a plus, but not required
